Welcome to Quality Bakery

About Us

QUALITY BAKERY has been an integral part of the Hamilton Baking scene for many years. Established as a Jewish bakery decades ago; specializing in the art of making rye bread and Challah (sweet bread) from scratch. To this day the bakery still uses the same recipes and bakes the bread in the same traditional way of years gone by. The bakery to this day uses those recipes and continues to create the bread in the "old school" tradition.

QUALITY BAKERY  is owned and operated by Margaret Paterson for the past 19 years!

✨**FAQ'S**✨*

Are all breads made in house?

--all breads are made and baked fresh daily in house

May I call ahead and place an order?

Of course, we'd be happy to have your order ready for pick up.

Do you sell day old bread:

--we do not sell day old bread, any bread not sold each day, goes to the Dream Centre and Wesley Urban Services.

May I request a product that is not on your menu?

--Absolutely, if you have something in mind, please telephone and if we are able to accommodate; we will be more than happy to do so.  Any request, we'll do our best.

Where may I purchase your products other than your storefront?

--All Challah Products and Rye Breads are available at R. Denninger's Ltd.

Are you able to slice the bread?

--Certainly; however there are some breads we do not slice as it makes a mess of the slicer, which is too hard to clean between customers.
